Ingredients:
A small broccoli
2 Carrot
2 onions - chopped
2 tomatoes.
2 Garlic cloves
Procedure:
Cut the broccoli in to small florets. Put it in the salt
water and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
Take some butter in a kadai and sauté the chopped onions.
Remove the skin of the carrot and cut it into small pieces.
Take a kadai and cook the carrots, garlic cloves, two
tomatoes, broccoli florets, sauted onions.
After removing it from the fire, cool it and remove the skin
of the tomatoes and put it into the mixie and grind it.
Now your broccoli soup is ready. Serve hot with salt and
pepper powder.
